摘　　要：本文通过对单极型SPWM逆变器的研究,提出了一种直接利用面积等效原则产生SPWM波的方法。它具有精度高、计算简单等特点,明显优于自然采样法及规则采样法。该系统的电压型逆变器由8098单片微机、EXB840驱动器和IGBT功放电路等元部件组成。对其输出波形进行了谐波分析,证明了该方法的可行性及合理性。经试验该系统的性能指标达到设计要求。A method of generating SPWM wave using the area equivalent principle is presented through researching unipolar SPWM inverter. This method is obviously better than natural sampled one or regular sampled one. It is high accuracy and easy to calculate. The voltage type inverter in this system is composed of EXB840 driver, 8098 single chip computer,IGBT power circuit and so on. It is proved that this method is feasible and reasonable after making harmonic analysis of its output waveform. The experimental results show the system's requirements are reached.
