摘  要:广州抽水蓄能电站动能设计回访工作,是通过对1994年广东电力系统实际情况调研进行的,目的是检验初步设计所依据的系统背景是否切合实际。调查结果表明该电站的设计效益在1994年的运行中没有得以全部实现,原因是体制和管理问题。回访的结论是:广蓄的动能经济设计基本切合实际,只要管理体制顺畅,电网具有实现全部效益的潜力。The study visit for kinetic energy design of Guangzhou Pumped-storage Power Plant is conducted by investigating the actural situation of Guangdong power network in 1994. The study aim is to check whether or not the system background based by preliminary design is practicle. The investigation results shows that the design benefits of the plant have not been achieved completely in 1994 because of organization system and management. The conclusions are that the energy-economic design of Guangzhou Pumped-storage Power Plant basically correspond to the reality. So long as the management system is reasonble,the power netowork would have the potential of reaching the overall benefits.
