摘　　要：介绍三种用角膜内皮细胞的原代培养方法，这三种方法的特点是简便、易行、不需特殊的试剂和设备。应用这些方法，均获得良好的单层角膜内皮原代培养细胞。he experimental success of corneal endothelial cell in vitro depends on culturing an adequate amount ofendothelial cells. In this paper,three methods of corneal endothelial cell culture are introduced.They are Sim-ple,economical,rapid and need no special apparatus.They can be used for culturing first generation endothe-lial cells.
