江苏吕泗海域病毒污染现状调查

摘　　要：１９９１年～１９９３年，在江苏吕泗海域选取了若干取样点，共采集海水、沉积物和毛蚶各类样品１３２个．经过处理后，用空斑法对其中肠道病毒进行检测；用间接免疫荧光和ＰＣＲ方法对其中甲型肝炎病毒进行检测；用免疫电镜法对部分样品中的甲型肝炎病毒进行了检测．结果显示，东凌港１９９１年１０月、１９９３年４月的沉积物样品和１９９３年４月的毛蚶样品、以及大洋港１９９３年４月的沉积物样品中甲型肝炎病毒为阳性，肠道病毒为阴性．其它样品均为阴性．From 1991 to 1993, We collected 132 samples including seawater, clam andsediment in Lushi sea area, Jiangsu province, After treated, the samples was assayed for enteroviruses by using plaque technique, By using IIF and PCR technique. HAV had beenfound in four samples, which There were two samples of sediment and one sampe of clam inDonglin harbour and There was one sample, of sediment in Dayang harbour. In the othersamples, there were no viral pllution. The results showed that there was a little viral pollution in Lushi sea area, Jiangsu provine at that time, but it wasn't serious.
