微光像增强器光子增益的测试研究

摘　　要：在图像光子计数探测系统中，微光像增强器的光子增益是一个重要参数．本文讨论光电探测器入射光子速率与出射光子脉冲速率之间的关系，并以光子计数技术为基础，提出了一种测量像增强器光子增益的方法，还给出了实验装置与测试结果．The Photo gain of LLL image intansitier is an important parameter is an image photon-counting detecting system.In the paper,the relationship between the incident photon velocity and exit photon pulse speed of photrdetector is discussed,a method for measuring image intensifier photon given is proposed based on poton counting and the experimental setup and testing results is also given.
