HPLC测定牙本质中天冬氨酸消旋化程度及在年龄推断上的应用

摘　　要：用邻苯二甲醛-N-乙酸-L一半脱氨酸将牙本质中氨基酸对映体衍生成非对映体，其产物同HPLC分离，荧光检测器检测，20颗人类第一磨牙本质中天冬氨酸的D／L值，其与实际年龄的相关系数为0．9889，误差在±1岁以内者占40％，最大误差为±4岁。Disasteromeric dipeptides were derived fromthe amino acid enantiomers in dentin by O-Phtha-ladehyde-N-acetyl-L-cysrteine The products were seperated with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and were detected by fluorscece detector The . D / L ratio of aspartic acid in dentin of 20 first premolars was determined with the method, The interrelation coefficient between the D/L ratio of aspartic acid and actual age was 0. 9889. The etiamating error of ±one year of age was 40% , No estimating error exceeded five years of age was encountered.
