摘　　要：报道了以稀磁铜铁合金热电偶为感温元件的一种智能型低温仪表，其测温范围为３～２７３Ｋ。叙述了该仪表的工作原理，并对利用单片机进行非线性处理、零点自校正和冷端温度补偿等问题进行了分析。An intellectual apparatus,mating cryogenic thermocouple of dilute magnetic cop- per-iron alloy as a temperature sensor,has been reported in this paper.Its measurement scopeof ternperatures is from 3 to 273K. The paper also introduced the operating principle of theapparatus. This nolinear treatment using a single chip processor,zero selfcorrection and tem-perature compensation of cold end have been analysed.
