摘  要:根据1987年厦门西港赤潮综合调查的部分资料,阐述了该海区的SiO_3^(2-)-Si浓度水平,探讨了平面分布、季节变化和周日变化规律与浮游植物消长的关系以及SiO_3^(2-)-Si的来源.结果表明,厦门西港水体中可溶性硅酸盐的年平均浓度为42.5μmol/dm^3,表层高于底层;明显高于福建海岸带和台湾海峡西部海区(18.1μmol/dm^3),含量较丰富.在发生硅藻类赤潮时,硅营养盐可能成为限制因素之一.SiO_3^(2-)-Si浓度具有明显的季节变化,春夏季浓度低,秋冬季高.季节变化受外海水和浮游植物数量的影响;SiO_3^(2-)-Si浓度平面分布主要为浮游植物密度所控制;周日变化具有明显潮汐效应,实质上是通过浮游植物来起作用.SiO_3^(2-)-Si来源主要是九龙江淡水和外海水,其次是周边降雨引起的陆地径流,本港有机物分解和污染对SiO_3^(2-)-Si浓度影响较小.根据1987年厦门西港赤潮综合调查的部分资料,阐述了该海区的SiO_3^(2-)Si浓度水平,探讨了平面分布、季节变化和周日变化规律与浮游植物消长的关系以及SiO_3^(2-)Si的来源.结果表明,厦门西港水体中可溶性硅酸盐的年平均浓度为42.5(?)mol/dm^3表层高于底层;明显高于福建海岸带和台湾海峡西部海区(18.1μmol/dm^3,含量较丰富.在发生硅藻类赤潮时,硅营养盐可能成为限制因素之.SiO_3^(2-)-Si?In the light of the data from the comprehensive survey carried out in red tide plagued waters of Xiamen Western Harbour in 1987,discussed in this paper were the concentration level and the horizontal distribution of SiO32--Si,and the relationship between regular pattern of seasonal variation,diurnal change of SiO32--Si and increase and decrease in phytoplankton biomass as well as the source of SiO32--Si. The results show that the annual average concentration of dissoluble silicates in water body of Xiamen Western Harbour was 42. 5umol/dm3, with the concentration at surface being higher than that at bottom and significantly higher than that of Fujian coastal waters and that(18.1umol/dm3) in the western part of the Taiwan Strait. Silicon nutrients might become one of limiting factors while red tide caused by diatoms occured. There was apparent seasonal change in the concentration of SiO32--Si, which was low in spring and summer,high in autumn and winter. The seasonal variation was under the control of outer sea-water and phytoplanktonic density. The diurnal variation had significant tidal effect, reflecting phytoplanktonic influence. The source of SiO32--Si mainly originated from fresh water of Jiu-longjiang estuary and outer seawater, and secondly from terrestrial runoff from precipitation ; while decomposition of organic matters and pollution exerted minor influence on the concentration of SiO32--Si.
