摘　　要：首先正确估计出样品ＢＯＤ５浓度范围，并测定稀释水的溶解氧，然后根据稀释倍数公式计算三个适当的稀释倍数，与其它方法相比，本方法省时、可靠、适用性强，能够确保ＢＯＤ５样品分析一次成功，在ＢＯＤ５样品分析中具有广泛的应用价值。A new method is presented in this paper to determine the dilute times of waste water samples. By this method a possible density of BOD,in samples DO in diluting water are determined,firstly in the three suitable dilute times can be obtained respectively according to empirical formulas given in this paper. The analysis to various kinds of waste water shows that the method has advantages of time-saving,reliableness and wide-application.Applying the method can euswre success of the analysis of BOD5 in only once. The method has the value of to be widely used in analysis of BOD5 for waste water samples.
