摘  要:本文对一台转化气蒸气发生器顶部法兰及顶盖与管箱连接法兰长期泄漏问题进行了研究,并得出两处法兰泄漏是由与顶部法兰连接的下水线管系在温度载荷作用下管端推力矩过所至。在对该管系进行了柔性分析及应力计算后提出了改造方案。Based on this study on the continuous problems for leaks of two flangs among which one is conneted to the top of a converter gas-steam generator and another is located between the head and channel of the generator, it is found that the cause for leaks of the flanges is due to the large value of thrust moments of the top flang connected to a down water piping system with elevated temperature. The flexibility analysis and stress calculation were carried out for the piping system by using standard computer program, named FAOP, and also the reform measure of it was presented. After the reform measure was accomplished, there have not been any leaks of two flanges for several months running.
