摘　　要：本文根据典型实例,从温度、硬度和外应力等变化因素出发,分析了加氢裂化反应器接管法兰密封失效的原因,并据此采取了一系列对策和措施。The reliability in nozzle flange sealing of hydrocraker-reactor is the difficuty and key to operating reactors. In the paper, for concrete example, proceeding from temperature, hardness and external stress, the reason of sealing failure is discussed. Adopting special methods satisfied result has been achieved.
