摘 要:采用预曝—膜法A/O系统,在调节废水pH至7.5,以Q=4m^3/h·m^3(水)气量预曝48h后,COD_(Cr)去除率可达52.2%。用60%左右的出水回流,调节水质COD_(Cr)1500~2000mg/L,使膜法一级反应器COD_(Cr)容积负荷为3.45kg/m^3·d,二级反应器COD_(Cr)容积负荷为1.8~3.4kg/m^3·d时,COD_(Cr)去除率可高达93%。COD_(Cr)为5357.6~13134mg/L的废水,经处理后出水COD_(Cr)为90~175mg/L。Treatment of caminolycoside wastewater by adopting pre-aeration and biological film anaerobic-aerobic system has been studied. The results showed that under adjusting pH=7.5 and pre-aeration for 48 hours with Q=4.0m3/h·m3(water),the removal rate of CODcr could be 52.2%. In case of adjusting return flow rate to 60%, and CODCr 1500- 2000mg/L,the F/M of the first step was 3.45kg/m3·d,and the later was 1.8-3.4kg/m3·d, the removal rate of CODCr was up to 93%. When CODCrwas 5357.6-13134mg/L,after treatment CODcr in effluent was 90-175mg/L.
