国产6级安德森空气微生物采样器性能的研究

摘　　要：安德森空气微生物采样器是国际通用的测定空气细菌和真菌粒子浓度和粒度的标准仪器,现有2级、6级和8级等类型,以适应各方面的需要。其中,6级类型者在室内外空气微生物学监测中。The perfomance of China-made six-stage Andersen biological aerosol sampler was compared with that of US-made sampler of same type. The result indicated that the cumulative value of bacteria concentration (cfu/L) in air taken by these two samplers was quite similar (1.19: 1.25) in 13 experiments. The standard deviation (σ) in number of bacteria obtained in 5 repeated samplings by China-made sampler is 28.6 and the variation coefficient (cv) is 13.8%. When five sets of China-made sampler were used for synchronous sampling, the σ in number of bacteria obtained is 10.2 and cv is 9.85%.
