摘  要:本文对锰铁合金的脱磷方法,应用热力学理论分析了氧化脱磷和还原脱磷的反应条件,确定了它们之间的氧位界限。着重讨论了脱磷保锰的热力学条件,指出脱磷保锰是可以实现的。并对各种熔剂的脱磷能力进行了热力学计算。得出了有实用意义的锰铁合金脱磷方法。Abstract In this paper, the reaction conditions of oxidizing and reducing depbosphorization for Fe-Mn alloy were studied on the basis of thermodynamic theory.The critical oxygen potential between both types of dephosphorization wassuggested. The conditions of retarding Mn are discussed,and they predicatedthat dephosphorization without the loss of Mn is feasible.In addition,the abilityof the various fluxes to dephosphorize was also calculated on the basis of thermodynamics.Therefore the dephosphorizing method on Fe-Mn alloy with practicality was got.
