摘 要:本文探讨了将云纹法和有限元法相结合进行塑性变形模拟的方法。把云纹实验得到的位移值作为初值进行有限元计算,用实测载荷反复校验、修正,直至求出整个变形过程的全解。编制了云纹有限元计算程序,并用此对镦粗过程进行了分析。计算结果与实验对比表明,该法具有较高的计算精度,起到了减少云纹实验求解塑性变形全过程的作用,是一种有效的手段,值得更深入研究。n this paper, a method of combining Moire and FEM was studied to analyse plastic deformation.The displacement calculated from Moire pattern was used as initial value of FEM, and FEM result was corrected by experimental load in deformed process. The upsetting process, as an example 9 was analysed by using Moire--FEM. By comparison of calculated and experimental results, it was shown that Moire--FEM had good computing precision and fewer Moire experiments. It was believed that Moire--FEM was an effective method and worth studying further.
