摘  要:氧气氛中高温超导Y_1B_(a2)C_(u3)O_X靶的激光等离子体光谱强度研究林波,赵仪,孙爱民,张树东,袁相津(西北师范大学物理系)StudyofSpectroscopicIntensityoftheLaser-InducedPlasmaofY-Ba...The laser-induced plasma plume created above an Y-Ba-Cu-O superconducting target by a Nd: YAG laser beam (355nm) was investigated by an optical multiply analyser under an oxygen atmosphere. From the emission spectra of atoms,ions and molecules, it was found their intensities had maximum as the oxygen partial presure was 70 ̄110mTorr. Also, the same result was gotten from using an Faraday tube receiving the ions' signs.
