摘　　要：分析水平连铸２０号钢圆管坯纵裂产生的原因和影响因素，提出通过控制化学成分、［Ｍｎ］／［Ｓ］比、出钢温度和选择合适的结晶器锥度、反推量、冷却水量等，可减少或消除纵裂。The present paper analyzed the causes and the affecting factors of the longitudinal cracks occuring in the round tube blank of No. 20 steel casted by the horizontal concaster indicating that those cracks can be lessened or even elirninated by effectively controlling the chemical composi- tions,[M]/[S] ratio,tapping temperature and proper selection of mould taper,back push momen- tum and cooling water volume.
