摘  要:通过转炉复合吹炼和钢包吹Ar流程的工业试验,研究了船用钢和深冲用铝镇静钢中夹杂物的大小和数量,以及不同操作条件对去除钢水中氧化物夹杂的影响,提出防止和去除夹杂物的工艺措施,以生产出夹杂物小于20um的连涛钢水。Sizes and amounts of inclusions in the ship building steel and deep drawing Al killed steel as well as effects of different operating conditions on the elimination of oxide inclusions in steel are investigated through commercial scale experiments on the converter combined blowing and Ladle argon bubbling and the process measures to protect against and eliminate the inclusions also provided in order to produce the continuous casting steel with inclusions less than 20um.
