摘  要:本文采用组化肌球蛋白ATP酶染色法检查了5例(男2、女3)双侧足主要内翻肌和外翻肌的肌纤维型构成和分布。结果表明:胫骨前肌Ⅰ型纤维平均比率为67.4,其中浅部为65.9,深部为68.8,浅、深两部无统计学上差异(P>0.05),胫骨后肌Ⅰ型纤维占62.4,与胫骨前肌相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05),腓骨长肌Ⅰ型纤维比率为63.6,腓骨短肌为56.2,两肌比较差异显著(P<0.05)。本文对各肌肌纤维型分布,结合肌电图原理从它们的功能上进行了探讨。The myofiber type composition of human main invertors and evertors was studied on autoptic materials by using myosin ATP ase reaction.The average percentage of type I fibers was 67.4% in the tibialis anterior muscles and was 62.4% in the tibialis posterior muscles.In the superficial and deep parts of the tibialis anterior muscles the average percentage of type I fibers was 65.9% and 68.8% respectively with no significent difference.The average percentage of type I fibers was 63-6% in the peroneus longus muscles and was 56.2% in the peroneus brevis muscles.There was significent difference between the peroneus longus muscles and peroneus brevis muscles(P<0.05).
