摘　　要：鼻衄虽然是一种常见症状，由于病因复杂使临床处置多样化，本文介绍２７６例鼻；患者的病因及治疗情况，特别对颈内动脉结扎术，内窥镜鼻止血术、颈内，颈外动脉介入栓塞治疗等新进展做以讨论。Although nosebleeding isacommon symptom, the cause of epistaxis and the treatment of nasal haemorrhage are complex. This parper reported the cause and treatment of epistaxis in 276 patients. The ligation of internal carotid artery, the control of epistaxis with endoscopy and the emboligation of the branches of internal and external carotid artery were discussed.
