突聋患者血中GSH－PX，SOD和VitE测定

摘　　要：本文对３２例突聋患者进行全血ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ，红细胞ＳＯＤ，血浆ＬＰＯ和ＶｉｔＥ的活性测定，结果具有抗脂质过氧化物作用的ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ和氧自由基特异清除酶ＳＯＤ活性均降低，对细胞有损害作用的ＬＰＯ升高，而ＶｉｔＥ无明显变化。本文从氧自由基反应及氧化还原系统的角度对突聋时的病理生理机制进行探讨。In order to sttidy the patholgenesis of sudden senmrin eural hearing loss,the change of GSH-PX,SOD,LPO and VitE of blood were measured in 32 patients with sudden deaf-ness.The results showed that GSH-PX and SOD were lower in natients with sudden deafness than in those of the control group,and VitE of blood was not different in deaf patients compared with the control group.The results suggest that there was impairment of antioxdant system in patients with sudden deafness.
