摘  要:本文研究了活性硫化镍的性质,分析了镍电解阳极液的组成,对活性硫化镍的除铜[Cu(Ⅱ)]过程进行了动力学实验并对中间产物进行了分析,提出了活性硫化镍的除铜机理:活性硫化镍有较大的比表面积,CuCl2-4不在活性硫化镍表面上作用较快,形成的Ni2+进入了溶液,由CuS于有强的吸附性,在整个除铜过程中CuS的脱附和扩散成为控制步骤.由于活性硫化镍孔结构的存在。In this paper the properties of activated nickle sulfide and the analysis ofthe composition of the anodic solution in nickle electrolysis are addressed. The kinetic experi ments of copper removal by using activated nickle sulfide were conducted and the intermediatecompound analyzed. The mechanism of copper removal using the activated nickle suffide asprecipitant is pat forward as follows. On the large specific surface area of astivated nickle sulfide, the reaction of CuCl2-4proceeds fast and the produced Ni2+ entered the solution. SinceCuS is strongly absorptive, the desorption and physical diffusion of CuS become the controllingsteps in the copper removing process.Due to the existence of numerous holes in activated nickle suffide, the three-dimensionaldiffusion may become one-dimensional one after chemisorption-like transitional region.
