摘  要:针对甘肃坪定金矿含金、砷高,脉石碱度高,砷矿物中雌黄、雄黄高的特点,研究了硫氨脱砷-铜氨催化氧化-氰化新工艺,采用了三种新技术,即稀氨水溶解雌黄、雄黄湿法转化为雌黄以及在氨水中氧化时用铜离子作催化剂.本研究为小型实验,结果为其后进行的3kg级扩试所证实。The Pingding gold ore belongs to refractory mineral as floatation and met allurgy are concerned. The composition of sample ore is about 12 g/t Au, 13.5% As, 0.221%orgnic C, high alkaline gangue. 46% of the arsenic is present in form of As2S3 and 38% in AsS.This type of gold ore occurs seldom in the world.In the new patent process developed by the authors three new techniques are adopted.The first is to solve As2S3 in dilute ammonia water; the second is to convert AsS into As2S3by a wet process; the third is a Cu(II)-catalytic oridation in dilute ammonia water.The systematic bench tests, which involve deaxseuication, oxidation and cyaniation arereported in this paper. All the results are furthermore demonstrated by the pilot-scale testwith 3kg ore loaded per batch.
