摘  要:本文研究了南方某稀土矿浸出动力学,考察了浸出反应温度、浸出剂初始浓度及搅拌强度对浸出速率的影响,结果表明,其浸出过程可用收缩未反应芯模型描述。属内扩散控制,导出了浸出动力学方程.为高效抵耗浸出稀土提供了理论依据。A study on the kinetics of leaching a south China rare earth ore was carried out.The effects of reaction temperature, concentration of reagents, ore granule size and agitationrate on the leaching rate were determimed. The results show that the leaching process canbe simulated with a shrinking core model. The leaching rate is controlled by the diffusionof reacting reagents in a porous solid layer. An empirical equation for the leaching kineticsis established, which provides the theoretical basis for leaching this rare earth ore with highperformance and low consumption.
