山杨、大青杨、毛白杨组织培养的研究

摘　　要：以辽宁大学校园栽培的毛白杨和铁岭县山区栽培的山杨、大青杨嫩叶、新梢为材料，经消毒接种到相应的培养基上。材料经初代培养、继代培养和生根培养，最后，形成再生植株，其新梢接种在生根培养基上，经培养直接生根，形成完整植株。生根率可达９５％以上。we take the tender leaves and tip of branches of populus davidiana(onthe campus of Liaoning vniversity)and ptomentosa and pussuritnsls(Hills of Tie lingLiaonung province)as meterial.Inoculate the leaves and branches with the culture medi-um after sterilization. After the first generation, the succeeded generation and root-tak-ing and regenerating plant is cultured.Inoculate the tender tips of branches of regeneration plant with the roottaking culture medium. letting them take root directly,a complete plant is formed.Therate over 95%.
