海南汉族及黎族人群ABO血型基因频率的调查分析

摘　　要：我们以指尖血检查了８３３名海南汉族人和３２８名海南黎族人的ＡＢＯ血型，用Ｂｅｒｎｓｔｅｉｎ方法估计血型基因频率。其结果是：海南汉族人的Ａ基因频率为０．１５７８，Ｂ基因频率为０．１８０９，Ｏ基因频率为０．６６１３。海南黎族人的Ａ基因频率为０．１７８５．Ｂ基因频率为０．２０４７．Ｏ基因频率为０．６１６６。此结果表明海南ＡＢＯ血型分布完全符合中国人ＡＢＯ血型分布特点，并无例外。若以遗传距离ｄ≤２５×１０－４作为无显著差异的标准，则海南汉族可归入中国东南地区组。海南黎族与其他群体比较有一定差异，可自成一类。本结果充实了中国人ＡＢＯ血型分布中海南汉族和黎族人的ＡＢＯ血型资料，对研究各民族的渊源关系有一定的参考意义。Blood samples collected from the finger tips of 833 persons of the Han Nationality and 328 of the Li Nationality in Hainan were tested for the ABO blood group,The gene frequency of the blood group was evaluated by way of the Bernstein Method.It was found out that the frequency was 0.1578 of the A Gene,0.1809 of the B Gene and 0.6613 of the O Gene in the Han Nationality people in Hainan, while it was 0.1785 of the A Gene,0.2047 of the B Gene and 0.6166 of the O Gene in the Li people.This showed that the distribution of the ABO blood group in Hainan was exactly the same as in other parts of China.When the genetic distance of d ≤25×10-4 was regarded as the criterion,the Han people in Hainan could be geographically classified into the southeastern group in China. However,the Li people in Hainan should be regarded as an independent group becauseh of their considerable differences when compared with other communities in China.The study can help enrich the literature on the ABO blood group of both the Han and Li people in Hainan and may serve as reference data for the research of the original correlation between various nationalities in Chian.
