隐睾症的B超诊断

摘　　要：本文报告经手术证实的１７例隐睾症患者术前Ｂ超检查结果，Ｂ超诊断符合者１３例。结果表明，Ｂ超不仅能够显示临床触诊不满意的腹股沟区隐睾，还可能显示腹腔内隐睾。本文还提出了某些有关注意事项。The results of ultrasonic diagnosis in 17 cases of cryptorchidism confirmed by surgery were analyzed.Among them 13 cases were consistent with surgical findings,This suggests that not only the undescended impalpable testes located in the inguinal canal could be demonstrated but also those situated in the abdominal cavity might be recognized by ultrasonography.Some other relative cautions were also discussed in this paper.
