米非司酮终止3个月以内早孕临床总结

摘　　要：对妊娠３个月以内要求终止妊娠的早孕妇女１４８例，应用米非司酮，每１２ｈ口服２５ｍｇ，共口服６次，于开始服药第４天口服米索前列醇６００μｇ。完全流产率为８７．８％，停经少于４９天者完全流产率为９４．３％。提示：米非司酮终止早孕是有效的。应用对象可放宽到停经３个月以内。women in early pregnancy(<3months)who requested medical abortion were given 25 mg of mifepristone every 12 hours up to a total dose of 150 mg plus a single dose of 600μg of misoprostol orally on the 4th day,The complete abortion rate was 87.80% while it was 94.30% in early pregnancy(<49 days),It was concluded that misoprostol in combination with mifepristone for induced abortion during early pregnancy was effective and can employed in cases within the first three months of pregnancy.
