恩纳普利对心肌梗塞泵功能不全和心钠素影响的初步研究  

Preliminary Study of Effects of Enalapril on Cardiac Insufficiency and Atrial Natriuretic Peptide Concentration in Patients with Myocardial Infarction

摘　　要：本文用随机方法观察了恩纳普利（ｅｎａｌａｐｒｉｌ）对６８例心肌梗塞患者泵功能和心钠素的影响。急性心肌梗塞泵功能不全时血浆心钠素浓度明显升高，其动态变化可预示泵功能不全的病情演变；早期开始服用恩纳普利能明显改善患者的心脏收缩和舒张功能及降低血浆心钠素浓度，长期服用可使部分患者的室壁瘤缩小或消失。Effects of enalapril on the cardiac function and plasma concentration of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) were observed in a randomized study of 68 patients with myocardial infarction. The plasma concentration of ANP was markedly increased in patients with heart failure due to acute myocardial infarction. The clinical course of heart failure could be anticipated by measuring the dynamic changes of ANP. Early oral administration of enalapril could improve the systolic and diastolic function of heart and reduce the plasma concentration of ANP in patients with acute myocardial infarction. The ventricular aneurysm in some patients was reduced in size or disappeared after enalapril therapy for 9 month.
