摘　　要：用抗人Ｃ反应蛋白（ＣＲＰ）血清和ＣＲＰ标准品建立了检测人血清和精浆中ＣＲＰ的ＥＬＩＳＡ，检测了正常人和不育男性精浆中ＣＲＰ含量，以及１０种疾病患者血清ＣＲＰ含量。结果表明，研制的试剂和建立的方法可满足临床常规检测要求。An ELISA for C-reactive protein (CRP)was developed with anti-CRP serum and CRPstanda from abroad, by which the CRP levels in sperm of both normal subjects and ten sterile males and in the serum of patients were determined-The results show that the assay can meet the demands of clinical laboratory.
