摘  要:选择150只健康SD妊娠大鼠,均于妊娠D4~D20天仿Younoszai法制备胎儿宫内生长迟缓模型。按治疗药物随机分为6组。观察复方氨基酸和青心酮的疗效。结果:(1)模型组的胎仔平均体重、身长和肝重量都明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。胎仔发育参数各用药组与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。各用药组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。(2)孕鼠血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(Ht)水平在模型组明显高于其它5组(P<0.01),各用药组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。各组胎仔平均体重与母血Hb、Ht呈负相关。(3)孕鼠血浆E3,6-keto-PGF1a水平模型组明显低于其它5组(P<0.01),而TXB2无明显改变,TXB2/6-keto-pGF1a比值模型组明显高于其它5组(P<0.01)。结果说明青心酮治疗胎儿宫内生长迟缓的药效与其调整TXA2-PGI2失衡有关。Objectives:To observe the therapeutic effect of 3,4-dihydroxyacetochynone(DHAP)on experimental intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR)in pregnant rats.Design:An experimental animal study.Setting:Reproductive Medicine Center.Tongji Medical University. Methods:A pregnant rat model of IUGR was produced by the rnethod originally described by Younoszai.Plasma levels of E3,6-keto-PG1a and TXB2 were examined by RIA, Hb and Ht of pregnant rats were measured ordinally.Parameters of fetal development including body weight and length,and weight of liver were measured.Results:In groups treated with DHAP at different doses or with compound amino acids, the average body weight and length and weight of liver were significantly higher than those of the control group(P< 0.01).No statistical difference was observed among treated groups. Levels of Hb and Ht of pregnant rats in the control group,which were inversely correlated with body weight of fetus,were remarkbly higher than those of the treated groups(P<0. 001).There was no obvious change in plasma TXB2, but E3 and 6-keto- PGF1a levels of non-treated group were higher than those of treated groups,resulting in a significant higher ratio of plasma TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a in control group.Conclusion:DHAP is effective in treatment of IUGR and its mechanism of action may be due to adjust-ment of PGI2-TXA2 imbalance induced by passive smoking.
