摘  要:以40日龄雄性Wistar大鼠40只,分为对照(C),糖尿病(D),糖尿病胰岛素及时治疗(DCIR)和糖尿病胰岛素延迟治疗(DDIR)组,进行睾丸间质细胞和支持细胞功能的研究。结果表明:血清睾酮D组最低,培养间质细胞睾酮分泌量DCIR、DDIR和D组均显著低于C组(P<0.05及0.001),cAMP分泌量DDIR和D组显著低于C和D分别的CIR组(P<0.01);睾丸组织雄激素结合蛋白(ABP)水平,DDIR组显著高于C和D组(分别为P<0.05及P<0.01),其它组间比较差异不显著,培养支持细胞ABP分泌量D组显著低于C和DCIR组(P<0.05),cAMP分泌量DDIR和D组显著低于C和DCIR组(P<0.01)。bjectives:To study the effect of diabetes on function of Leydig and Sertoli cells in pubertal rats and the action of insulin replacement.Design:Experimental study of cell biology.Setting:Laboratory study of Cell Biology in Medical University.Methods:The animals were divided into control(C), diabetes withcontinuous insulin replacement(DCIR),diabetes with delayed insulin replacement(DDIR)and diabetes(D)groups. Testosterone(T)serum and Leydig cell cultured media,androgen binding protein(ABP)in teatis and Sertoli cell cultured media and cAMP in Leydig and Sertoli cell cultured media were measured.Results:Serum T in group D was significantly lower than those in the other three groups.In culture media T secretion on groups DCIR, DDIR and D were significantly lower than that in group C,the cAMP secretion in groups D and DDIR were also lower than those in groups C and DCIR in Leydig cell culture me-dia.The testis ABP in group DDIR was higher than those in other groups. While in culture media ABP se-cretion in group D was significantly lower than those in C and DCIR. The cAMP levels in groups D and DDIR were also lower than those in other groups.Conclusion:Diabetes in pubertal rats impaired Leydig and Sertoli cell function. Insulin replacement im-proved the deficits,but didn’t reach the normal levels. The effect of continuous insulin replacement was better than delayed insulin replacement.
