摘  要:我厂甲醇装置的造气系统自1993年以来发生结垢堵塞,并日趋严重。结垢导致系统阻力增加,迫使装置停车处理,影响装置的总体效益。通过对垢物和渣油的跟踪分析,初步确定渣油中灰分(重金属含量)升高是造气系统结垢堵塞的原因。The scaling and the blocking up there of happened in our methanol plant become more and more serious.Since 1993 ,the increased resistance caused by scaling forces the plant to shut down. Not only does it bring difficulty insafety production,but also affects the overall benefit of the plant.By the analysis of the scale and the residual oil,it isfound that the main reason for the scaling and blocking up in gasification system is the ash content increasing( The heavymetal content increasing)in restidual oil.
