中西医结合治疗重症糖尿病足坏疽60例临床报告

摘　　要：本文为“中西医结合治疗重症糖尿病足坏疽临床研究”课题的临床报告。本文首次提出了糖尿病足坏疽病情程度分度标准及辩证分型，在全身治疗与局部治疗上均有改进。在全身治疗上采用大剂量胰岛素有效地控制高血糖，同时内服中药改善病人周身情况；在局部治疗上积极处理局部坏死感染病灶，治疗方法有改进及创新。本组６ｏ例，治愈５６例，治愈车９３．３％，截肢３例，截肢率５％，死亡３例，死亡率５％，随访４８例，半年后原伤口愈合无１例复发。lassification of the severity of diabetic foot gangrene and diffrentiation of syndromes areherewith first introduced.Large dose of insulin and Chinese medicinal herbs were used togetherto improve the general condition of the patlents with diabetes and to control the infectious foci oftheir foot gangrene。 Clinlcal observation on 60 cases showed good results : 56 cases were cured(93.3%) ,in 3 patients the gangrenous foot was amputated(5%),3 cases died (5%). Follow-up study of the 48 cases half a year later showed no reoccurrance.
