观察舌象在胆囊胆道系统疾病围手术期的应用

摘　　要：本文应用五种急腹症舌象研究成果，以胆囊胆道疾病之舌边红赤、瘀斑、瘀点等舌象表现特征为标准，在胆囊胆道系统疾病围手术期对其舌象变化进行了系统的动态观察，并以动态观察结果，指导围手术期的临床诊断与治疗，取得显著效果，为胆囊胆道系统疾病围手术期的辨证施治，提供了有价值的手段与措施。Five tongue appearances always appear in the acute abdominal diseses. The tongue appea-rance of biliary tract is characterized by red sides,ecchymosis and petechiae of the tongue. In thisstudy we observed the changes of the tongue appearance during the perioperation of the biliarydisease. Our dynamical observation aided much in clinlcal diagnosing and treatment of theperioperation,and the obvious effectiveness has been achieved in the treatment with integrated traditionaI Chinese and western medicine.
