复方丹参提取液对实验性大鼠肝癌前病变的阻断作用

摘　　要：以黄曲霉毒素Ｂｌ（ＡＦＢ１）诱发Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠肝癌的短期动物模型，观察了中药复方丹参提取液（Ｃｐｄ．Ｓ．Ｍ）对ＡＦＢ１启动诱癌的影响。结果表明：Ｃｐｄ．ｓ．Ｍ能明显抑制ＡＦＢ１诱发的变异肝细胞灶和结节数。同时，实验也再次证明了复方丹参提取液具有抗纤维化作用。The purpose of this present study is to see whether the liquid compound Salvid Miltiorrhiza Bunge(Cpd S.M)has an inhibiiory effect on hepatocarcinogenesis induced by alfatoxin Bl in rats.Animal model was perfomed with Solt-Farber`s method and quantitative study of modified liver cell foci and nodules with altered enzyme was carried out by γ-glutamyl transpeptidass(GGT)stainingon liver sectioms. The results reveaied that the number and area of GTpositive foci and nodules were signifi-cantly less and smaller in Cpd.S.M treated animais than those in untreated controls.Moreover oiver fibro-sis was also markedly attenuated in these treated rats.
