摘 要:本研究以吉化炼油厂65t燃油供汽锅炉运行系统为对象,参数全部采用其运行工艺参数。从给水、过热蒸汽温度两大部分探讨与论证了控制方案,以微机为核心、具有优良的控制功能和丰富的运算功能的单回路调节器(VI87MA-E)代替常规调节仪表实现控制。给水控制系统采用的是三冲量给水控制系统。它依据水位,同时参照蒸汽流量和给水流量的变化控制给水阀。过热蒸汽温度控制系统采用串级控制系统,能克服时滞和惯性较大的过程动态特性,以减温器出口温度为副参数。通过仿真实验证明,该系统适用于中压型锅炉,也适用于对现有自动化仪表系统进行改造,而且在及时性、可靠性、自动化程度方面均具有常规控制系统无法比拟的优点。The object of this study is the 65t,oil fuel and supply steam boiler operating system atJilin ChemicaI Industrial Company Refinery.All parameters are adopted from there.Two main parts ofthis programme,boiler feed water and the temperature of overheating steam,are discussed.Instead of thenormal regulators,the advanced computer and VI87MA-E,a single circuit regulator with powerfulfunctions both in controlling and calculating,are used.Three impuses feed water control system has beenadopted mean while referring to the volume of steam flow and water flow for controlling the feed watervalue. The series control system has also been adopted to control the temperature of overheating systemso as to overcome the dynamic characteristics in the process of inertial and lagging.The temperature atthe outlet may take as assistant parameter.Through computer simulation test,this system is proved suit-able for the mid pressure boiler and for the reformation of current autometer system. It is of great ad-vanstages for automaticity,time utility,and feasibility to normal control system.
