摘  要:通过实验和研究注蒸汽吞吐井采油过程瞬变温度场影响环境的特点,提出了一种适用于有杆泵井抽油的工艺设计方法。该方法在抽油设计中,根据流体粘度与温度、生产时间的内在联系,首次提出"安全时刻点"这一新观点。它可提供抽油过程中抽油系统安全的边界条件及掺稀油降粘的最佳时机。在悬点载荷计算时,依据室内模拟实验结果,拟合建立了稠油的乳化含水率、粘度、温度三雏变量空间曲面方程,计算出不同温度、粘度、乳化含水率抽汲条件下的粘滞载荷。并应用"粘滞采油指数"这一新概念预测采油中后期的油井产能。本文简述了该方法的基本原理、数学模型及设计过程。technological design method suitable for sucker rod pumping.has been put forwardthrough experiment and research on the effects of transient temperature field on the produc-tion of steam soak well,it emphases the inherent relationship among viscosity andtempera-ture of fluid,and production time in engineering design.A new idea of'safe time point'isproposed for the first time,which can provide boundary conditions that guarantee the struc-tural safety during oil production,and the optimum time for reducing oil viscosity by mixinglight oil.During the calculation of beam rating,a three dimensional curved surface equation ofemulsified water cut,viscosity and temperature for viscous oil was set up according to numer-ical simulation results.The viscous loads were worked out with different temperature,viscos-ity and emulsified water cut.The productivity of oil wells was predicted using a new idea of'viscous production index'during the middle and later period of oil production.This paperbriefly presents the basic principles,mathematical model and design procedure of themethod.
