摘  要:本文依据各项坡面治理措施的拦泥指标、年进度指标及骨干工程施工期限三因素,以计算图形式推算出全区所需的拦泥总库容;定义了闲置拦泥库容的概念并用以压缩防洪库容;为在大面积水保规划中合理地确定总体库容提供了一套科学计算方法。在坝系优化规划研究中,建立了一个能反映综合治理要求且仿真度较好的非线性规划数学模型并取得理想的电算结果。In the thesis We Successfully calculate storage capacity for retain mud of key engineering in all area by computational chart according to the three facters-retain soil taget of each hill-side protective mearures and progress target per years and time Limit of building key engineering,provide a definition of unoccupied storage of flood-control, of fer a set scientific computational method for rational fix the total storage capacity of key engineering in programming of conservation of water and soil on Large area. In the research of dams optimum programming establish a model of non ?linear programming,which can good imitative the practical system very well, get an ided results by computer.
