摘 要:本实验观察了氟化钠(NaF)急性中毒的小白鼠肠系膜微血管对去甲肾上腺素(NE)的收缩反应性改变。结果发现:染毒0.5h动物的细动脉和细静脉对1‰及1%浓度的NE的收缩反应性无显著改变。染毒1.5~60h动物的这二类微血管对这二种浓度的NE仍有明显的收缩反应性,但均低于正常。同时,这种降低了的收缩反应性也随微血管种类及NE浓度而不同。In this experiment we observed the cofftractive reactivity of the mesenteric micro-vessels of the mice poisoned by sodium fluoride (NaF).The results showed that after the mice were poisoned by NaF 0.5h, the contractive reactivities of the fine arterioles and venules of the mice were nearly normal to both 1‰ noradrenaline (NE) and 1% NE. After 1.5-60h, the two kinds of micro-vessels had still clear contractive reactivities to NE, but these reactivities were lower than normal and varied with different kinds of microvessels and the levels of NE.
