摘　　要：本文报道6例腰椎间盘真空征病例,并综述文献,提出真空症可能发生的机理及演变过程,认为腰椎间盘真空征是腰椎间盘退行性变的有力佐征。Six cases werepresented with computed tomographic evidence of 'vecuum phenomenon' in lumbar disks. In this report the authors reviewed the literatures and discussed the possible mechanism of the producing 'vacuum phenomenon' and the processes of development. It is a evidence of degenerated lumbar disks.
