丙硫咪唑致突变和致畸形动物实验的观察

摘　　要：本文用丙硫咪唑进行微核试验和精子畸形试验,结果表明,该药物末能使小鼠骨髓微核率和小鼠精子畸形率明显增高,单疗程组与双疗程组之间亦无显著性差别。因此可以认为丙硫咪唑无明显致突变和致畸形作用。This paper represented the mutagenesis of albcndazole(ABZ) by micro-nucleus test and mouse sperm morphology test. The micronuclei frequencies and incidence of sperm abnormality were observated in 40(NIH) and 16 (C_(57), BL/6J) mice. There were no difference between treated group and control group(p 0.05). The mice of treated group were given an oral aqucons suspension of ABZ in a dwsagc of 200 my/kg/d for 4 weeks or 8 weeks. The results showed ABZ had no significant mutagcnic activity.
