摘 要:本工作应用透射电子显微镜,对不同光周期处理下的湖北光敏感核不育水稻(Hubei Photoperiod-sensitive Genic Male-sterile Rice简称HPGMR)农垦58S花粉及花药壁发育情况进行了研究,得到如下的结果: 1.农垦58S经长日照(LD)处理,小孢子的败育主要发生在单核晚期。花粉内细胞器解体严重,花粉壁异常发育,花粉的外形不规则。 2.可育花药的绒毡层在单核时期已严重解体,而败育花药的绒毡层不能及时解体。直到与成熟花粉相当的时期仍有清晰的细胞结构。 3.败育花药的中间层解体也延迟。 在以上结果基础上讨论湖北光敏感核不育水稻的光敏不育性与花药壁发育的关系。This paper deals with the electron microscopic observations of pollen and anther wall in the development of Hubei Photoperiod-sensitive Genie Male-sterile Rice (HPGMR). The main results are as follows:1. When HPGMR Nongken 58S in long-day condition (LD), pollen abortion occured mainly at the late uninucleate stage. Organelles degenerated dramatically, pollen wall developed abnormally, pollens were irregular in shape.2. The tapetum of fertile anther has seriously degenerated at the stage of microspores however, that of sterile anther couldn't collapse in time.3. Degeneration of the middle layer in sterile anther also delayed.From all the features observed, the relationships between photoperiod-sensitive genie male sterility and development of anther wall were discussed.
