小型猪脊髓灰质内动脉构筑学研究

摘　　要：运用血管铸型法制作出小型猪脊髓动脉明胶墨汁铸型１５例。冬青油透明后作连续横切、纵切和额切切片。解剖镜观察结果：供应脊髓灰质内动脉除脊髓背外侧动脉和腹侧动脉分支外，还有周缘支的穿质支，包括背连合动脉、背角内侧动脉、背角外侧动脉、中间外侧动脉、腹角外侧动脉、腹角腹侧动脉、腹角内侧动脉和中间内侧动脉等。发现在中央管两侧存在串连沟连合动脉的中央管旁动脉。证明脊髓灰质内各动脉与相邻动脉吻合，构成一个完整的立体动脉网络。认为这一结果对临床治疗脊髓供血障碍性截瘫具有重要参考意义。This paper has dealt with architecture of arteries distribution in the gray matter of spinal cord of miniature swine with the method of transparent gelatin-ink cast.The casts were observed under anatomical microscope.The results indicate that the arteries reaching the gray matter of spinal cord not only originate from dorsolateral artery of spinal cord and ventral artery of spinal cord but also from surrounding marginal artery on the surface of spinal cord.They were named dorsal commissure artery,dorsal horn medial artery,dorsal horn lateral artery,intermediate lateral artery,ventral horn lateral artery,ventral horn ventral artery,ventral horn medial artery and intermediate medial artery.And it was discovered that there are 2 paracentral arteries in the commissure of gray matter of spinal cord.Every artery described above anastomosises with all neighbouring arteries and therefore,a stereoscopic arterial rete is made up of them.And it is considered that these discoveries will be very important for curing paraplegia of spinal cord caused by blocking blood supply.
