安钢2号高炉护炉实践

摘　　要：安钢2号高炉在1993年6月25日到10月1日实施护炉,取得了如下效果:铁口合格率由6月中下旬的30％提高到100％;炉缸水温差平均由4.8℃降到1.5℃;炉况稳定,冶强提高,指标改善。所采取的护炉措施包括强化炉前管理、改善炉内操作、强化炉缸冷却等。The lining protection was carried out by means of strenghtening casthouse operation management,improving BF operation,intensifying hearth cooling and so on from June 25th to October 1st in 1993 on No2 BF of Anyang I & S Co.As a result,the percent of standard taphole arose from 30% to 100%,the average difference between inlet and outlet cooling water temperatute in hearth was reduced from 4.8℃to 1.5℃,as well as the stabilized furnace condition,increased smelting intensity and improved technical and economic indexes were achieved.
