关于铁路运输生产计划改革的研究

摘　　要：以适应市场经济发展的需要为目标，研究了铁路月度货物运输计划和铁路运输工作技术计划的改革方案，并据以提出铁路运输工作计划与托运人关系方式、铁路运输生产计划工作程序和铁路运输生产计划计算机系统应确保的基本功能。这一研究对实现我国铁路月度运输计划改革有重要参考价值。Aiming to the needs of market economic derelopment,this paper studies the reform scheme of planning railway freight traffic production and planning working technologies of railway transportation, discusses the relationship between railway transportation production plan and consignor, the working procedure of railway transport production plan, and the basic functions inedspensable to a computer system for planning railway transportation production. The research is valuable in consulation about realizing the reformation of railway transportation plan.
