摘　　要：结合农机化经营管理面临企业转换经营机制后的情况,分析了市场条件下的农机化经营管理与服务体系的特点,强调了农机化经营管理与服务体系在发展二高一优农业中的重要作用。This paper analysis agricultural mechanization manging management and service system of speciality under market economics. Having combined with mang-ing management of agricultural methanization to face the case that enterprises trans-form managing system after. It is important the function toemphatic agricultural mechanization maning managemment and service system in developing high yield , high efficiency and high quality farm.
