INTERACTIONS OF SOWING DATES AND CONBININGABILITY OF MAIN AGRONOMIC TRAITSIN INDICA HYBRID RICE

摘  要:按4×4不完全双列杂交配制16个组合分5期播种,研究播期对配合力的影响。结果表明:不育系单株草重、谷草比、着粒数、实粒数、结实率、千粒重、株高和播始天数的GCA,恢复系谷草比、结实率和株高的GCA,以及单株粒重、千粒重和播始天数的SCA与播期间均存在显著互作。多数性状GCA与播期互作更重要。不同播期间千粒重、播始天数、着粒数、实粒数和单株有效穗的GCA稳定性较好,其余性状GCA,特别是SCA需多环境试验才能得到可靠结果。供试恢复系的GCA在播期间稳定性较好,不育系只有 8906S GCA的播期稳定性较好。GCA的稳定性与hN2及其变异系数分别呈显著正相关和负相关。单株粒重GCA及SCA稳定性分别与千粒重的GCA及谷草比的SCA稳定性密切相关。The experiments involving 16 F1 hybrid rice following 4×4 incomplete diallel cross at five sowing dates were carried out to explore the effect of sowing date on the combining ability for main agronomic traits of hybrid rice. Significant interactions were found between sowing date and straw weight per plant, ratio of grain to straw ,total spikelets per panicle, filled spikelets per panicle, seed setting rate, 1000 - grain weight, plant height arid days from sowing to initial heading for the GCA of sterile lines ;significant interactions were also found beween sowing date and ratio of grain to straw,seed setting rate and plant height for GCA of the restorer lines. The interactions of SCA for grain weight per plant, 1000-grain weight and days from sowing to initial heading with sowing dates were also significant. The stabilities of GCA were higher for 1000 -grain weight,days from sowing to initial heading, total spikelets per panicle .filled spikelets per panicle and panicle number per plant However,multiple location experiments should be carried out for evaluation the GCA of grain welght per plant,straw weight per plant and ratio of grain to straw and the SCA of the observed traits. There were significant positive correlation between the stability of GCA and narrow -sense heritability (hn2)and negative correlation between GCA stability and variation coefficient of hN2. The stabilities of GCA and SCA in grain weight per plant were significantly correlated with the stabilities of GCA in 1000 - grain weight and of SCA in ratio of grain to straw.
