摘 要:利用育性基因与农垦58S等位,但育性转换特性和光周期反应有显著差异的两个籼型光敏核不肯系间杂交,杂交后代在同一选择方法下,世代间、同一世代株系间育性表达差异甚大,但能筛选出育性表现优于双亲的株系,表明了光敏核不育基因间互作的复杂性和强化长日低温、短日高温选择压对选育温度钝感的籼型光敏核不育系的重要性。从籼S/籼S的入选率和选育效果看,此方式是选育育性稳定的籼型光敏核不育系较好的一种杂交方式。Inter-line cross between 2 Indica photosensitive genie male sterile lines was conducted. These lines had different sterile change traits and different photoperiodical sonsitivity and their fertility gene was allelic to that of Nongken 58s- From which lines had higher ferfility than their parents could be selected with same selective method, indicating that the complexity of interaction between photosinsitive nuclear male sterile genes and the importance of strengthening the selective pressure of long day-high temperature and short day-low temperature for selecting Indica photosensitive genie male sterile lines that were insinsitive to temperature. In view of the selected rate and selecting effect of Indica s/Indica a, thin was a better crossing method for selecting Indica photoperiodical sensitive male sterile lines that had stable sterility.
