籼型优质不育系“金23A”主要特性及应用研究

摘　　要：对优质不育系金23A的生育特性、育性、开花习性等的研究表明:金23A属早籼早熟类型不育系,播抽天数60～66天;品质的主要指标均达部颁优质米标准;镜检不育度为 99.92％;花时早而集中;柱头外露率 87.05％;张颖角度与珍汕97A相当;金优系列杂交组合具有高产、优质、高抗的优点。同时,本文还对优质稻米选育的最佳途径及金23A的应用前景进行了讨论。The growth and development characteristics,fertility,flowering habile of male sterile rice line Jin 23A with high grain qulity was studied. The result showed that Jin 23A belonged to early maturity type of early indica with a duration of 60-66 days from sowing to heading. Its grain quality came up to the standards of high quality grain issued by the Agricultural Department of the People's Republic of China. The male gterile degree reached 99. 92% when dyed with I-KI solution and examined under microscope. Its flowering time was early and intense. The rate of emergent stigma was 87. 05 % and the glume opening angle was close to Zhenshan 97A. Some combinations of Jin 23A had the properties of high yield,high grain quality and high resistance to disease. The gateway for high quality grain breeding and the application prospects of Jin 23A were discussed.
